The Climate Café is a fun and informal gathering where Acton residents can discuss a fossil fuel free future. The idea is to provide a forum where people who have experience in certain areas can share their insights and where folks looking to make changes can ask questions about the process. Each week will be a different focus, with a range of technical and environmental topics. 

A drop in the bucket? Or every action counts? We know that many residents may be away for the holiday week; however, if you are in the area, stop by the library and register your opinion. Are our actions to address global warming a drop in the bucket? Or do our actions add up to make a difference? Energize Acton volunteers would love to hear about what you are doing in your home, workplace, or neighborhood. What are your concerns? What hopeful efforts do you see? What would you like to see happen in Acton, and beyond, to address the climate emergency? Energize Acton and the Acton Memorial Library will have resources available, from Town documents to good reads to online links.
