The Climate Café is a fun and informal gathering where Acton residents can discuss a fossil fuel free future. The idea is to provide a forum where people who have experience in certain areas can share their insights and where folks looking to make changes can ask questions about the process. Each week will be a different focus, with a range of technical and environmental topics. 

Are you thinking about an electric vehicle (EV)? The EV “Petting Zoo” is a chance for you to talk with local EV drivers and see a variety of electric vehicles—not only well-known models like Tesla and Chevy Bolt but some newer cars to the market such as the Subaru Solterra and the Kia EV6. We hope to feature some of the Town’s new electric vehicles as well! Also, look for a short update on the current EV marketplace, including which cars qualify for the federal rebates and the current level of state rebates, along with some special tips and good resources, such as the Drive Green program and others.
