Caldecott Colors with the Acton Garden Club

Select a featured Caldecott Medal award winning book from our collection and use the book illustration colors and shapes as inspiration for a floral arrangement! The Acton Garden Club will be there to suggest ideas, bringing flowers, containers and supplies, including fun trims for your design. When completed, we will display your arrangement next to the book to take a memorable photo of your “Caldecott Colors” creation.

The Caldecott Medal is awarded annually by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association, to the artist of the most distinguished American picture book for children.
