Gentle Yoga with Jenny from Acton's Revolution Community Yoga

Experience harmony and balance through this mindful practice designed to reduce stress, release tension and promote relaxation. Emphasis on self-awareness, breath, and honoring the body. This class is all levels and beginner friendly.

Please bring your own mat and any yoga supplies you may need.

Bio

Jenny Meshna began practicing yoga in 2005 seeking flexibility, but quickly discovered it’s power to strengthen, calm, and transform from the inside out. After completing her 200-hour Hatha Teacher Training with Robin Anderson in 2010 and her 300-hour Vinyasa Training with Jacqui Bonwell in 2015, she’s been sharing the practice of yoga ever since.

In 2024, Jenny was diagnosed with breast cancer — an experience that deepened her understanding of yoga as a practice of resilience, surrender, and grace. Her teaching invites students to meet themselves exactly as they are, to let go of expectation, and to simply breathe.
