Join Acton Memorial Library for the 1st annual Community Read event, "Stories Connect Us.” The Stories Connect Us event is a program series born from a collaboration between the libraries, Acton’s Conservation Division, Acton’s Sustainability Office, Friends of the Acton Arboretum, and Acton’s DEI Office. During the program, we will all work together to provide opportunities to promote literacy, library and conservation space usage, and community conversations by encouraging Acton to come together to read and discuss a single book.
Acton Memorial Library is happy to announce that Intersectional Environmentalist by Leah Thomas was selected for the 2023 Community Read Event.
Join AML on Monday, June 26th at 6:00 p.m. for a kick off party! Enjoy light refreshments, enter in to win a FREE copy of Intersectional Environmentalist, network with the community, and register for the Stories Connect Us reading challenge.
