Did you ever wonder what happens to all your trash and recycling? Here's your chance to find out! The Acton Transfer Station & Recycling Center has generously offered to host a field trip for kids. Come learn about what happens to all that waste after it leaves your home.
Grades 1+
Please note that the program takes place at The Acton Transfer Station & Recycling Center. The Transfer Station is accessible from its Route 2 westbound entrance. For GPS purposes, this is approximately 193 Massachusetts Ave, Acton. For more information, please see https://acton-ma.gov/149/Transfer-Station-Recycling-Center. Transportation will NOT be provided between the Library and the Transfer Station
