The Story of a Mission to the Moon with Paul Byrne
Join STAR Net to learn about NASA's Artemis 2 mission and all that transpired on our first journey around the moon in over 50 years, and look ahead to the future of the Artemis program. Paul Byrne is a Planetary Scientist who worked on NASA's MESSENGER mission, the first to orbit the planet Mercury. His research focuses on comparing and contrasting the surfaces and interiors of planetary bodies, including Earth, to understand why planets look the way they do.
This will be a live, interactive virtual program hosted by Exploring By the Seat of Your Pants, a one-of-a-kind educational organization that brings free virtual field trips and guest speaker experiences to libraries and classrooms.
