We would like to plan a seasonal recruitment event for the Cub Scout Packs in Acton. We will have some static displays with pictures, slide shows highlighting Cub Scout activities, and adult leaders and current scouts to talk about Cub Scouting in Acton. We would plan on 1.5-2 hours of an open meeting where families would come and spend 10-15 minutes visiting. Anticipated attendance at any given time would likely be 20-30 as a maximum.
